The community is invited to experience a TASTE OF YOGA.
with Viktoriya Mateva, founder of House of Harmony.

Viktoriya has been practising this body and mind therapy for 20 years.

This one hour free event encompasses a short introduction to the benefits of yoga, and Viktoriya’s fascinating journey of starting out as a criminal lawyer in Bulgaria to being a yoga teacher in the Bay. You will also get to be part of a 40 minute yoga class!

This class is designed for adults, but this is also suitable for children aged 12 years and over.

Please bring a yoga mat or towel.

You are also welcome to stay for tea and biscuits after the event.
