Adult’s Yoga Class

The weekly classes are designed to suit everyone from beginner to mid advanced yogi, with elements of challenge for those of you who would like to do so. The classes incorporate slow yoga movements Vinyasa style in a combination of Hatha and sometimes Yin Yoga, which works on body strength and flexibility at the same time with a different priority each class. Short Pranayama (breathing practices) or other Mindfulness practices and Relaxation are always part of the class plan too. One hour of full body and mind Recharge & Reshape & Relax time!

Last Thursday of the month ONLY – SOCIAL Class:

Yoga & Drinks & Chat
Join us on every last Thursday of the month for a social class!
90 minutes of bliss – yoga, mindfulness, relax with drinks & chat afterwards.

A delicious selection of alcohol free healthy drinks – combucha, tea, juice, smoothes and some nibbles. First drink included, welcome to donate for the next one.

Kids Mindfulness & Yoga Class

This class is a unique combination of breathing practices, mindfulness games, interactive yoga movements, relaxation and creative calming meditation.

All these tools are set to help the children to settle, focus and concentrate, to decrease stress and anxiety but also to increase self confidence and positive body image. The kids leave the class with their hearts filed of compassion, empathy and optimism.

We love to help the kids to improve their overall health and find the happiness of inner harmony.

Teen’s Mindfulness & Yoga Class

Our Teen class is a unique combination of breathing practices, mindfulness games, interactive yoga movements, relaxation and creative calming meditation to help the children to settle, focus and concentrate.

The class is designed to develop strong but flexible body, to decrease stress and anxiety but also to increase self confidence and positive body image. This beautiful practice together fosters compassion, empathy and optimism, improves overall health and brings the happiness of inner harmony.

Partners Yoga & Mindfulness Class

In Partner Yoga we help two people or a group of people to have shared quality time together, to connect on a deeper level and have fun. After sharing yoga and mindfulness practice together often new friendships are built and long term partners and friends vitalize their connection.

Family Yoga & Mindfulness Class 

The Family Class is designed to bring together all the family on the mat for fun mindfulness time through yoga moves, games and dance, breaths and quiet time. It is a beautiful way to strengthen the connections in the family while having quality time together.

Private  Yoga & Mindfulness Class

Due to temporal or continues health condition or just because you are beginner and prefer to have all the teacher’s attention and hands on practice for yourself, it can be a fantastic idea to book in for a private session.
Sometime couple or a few friends, work colleagues or training buddies would like to have the yoga practice together as part of their share time in which case the private session is a nice opportunity for them as it will be tailored for their needs and preferences.
If you would like to challenge yourself and safely experience more advanced practices under personal help, than the private session is what you are looking for.
The private session will be designed for your level and expectations.
You can use our House Of Harmony beautiful geodesic Dome or we can travel to you, supply yoga mats so you can practice from the comfort of your own place.

CALM IN HARMONY Children’s programme for mindfulness

Calm in Harmony delivers a combination of breathing techniques, intellectual games, interactive movements, relaxation and creative calming meditation to help the children to settle, focus and concentrate, to increase self confidence and positive body image, to decrease stress and anxiety, to foster compassion, empathy and optimism, to improve overall health and bring the happiness of inner harmony.

YOGA & ART Kids School Holiday Program

A fun-filled creative day, packed with a variety of activities – creating nature inspired art to take home, Exploring Yoga & Mindfulness activities through interactive movement and games. Learn breathing techniques, these can be amazing coping strategies to help children manage with a variety of feelings.

Gym BROGA Stretch

Our “Gym Broga Stretch” classes are designed especially for men and hard-core athletes. We modify the yoga poses to help them increase their flexibility. The increased flexibility is a good base for developing a bigger and stronger mussel and healthier body. In Broga as we move through yoga poses we connect our breath, body and mind to strengthen muscles, relax tight areas and reduce stress. Broga will bring you mental and physical strength, focus and balance.

Corporate Yoga – Breathe, Stretch & Go

 Yoga sessions especially designed to help busy corporate employees de-stress and build up strength, balance and flexibility. Excellent as a quick break from the desk and computer, and to start again full of new energy and ideas afterwards.

Corporate Yoga – YOGA & MINDFULNESS for TEAM BUILDING & WELLNESS DAYS

Fun and interactive sessions which get groups of colleagues to move, stretch, laugh, relax and have fun together
