How to prepare for session

Welcome to HOUSE OF HARMONY yoga community!

Arrive earlier (10 – 15 min before class) to register and settle in.

If you have your own yoga mat, you are welcome to bring it. You can hire a mat for the class, so don’t rush to buy if you don’t have one. Welcome to check our high quality natural rubber yoga mats too.

Wear any comfortable light-weight clothing which doesn’t restrict your movements and bare feet for class.

Bring a light small blanket if you wish to cover yourself at the end of the class during the short relaxation or meditation. We have some blankets too, so no worries if you don’t have one and don’t mind to use ours.

Bring a water bottle just in case you need to take a sip.

Please, leave your shoes and belongings at the specified place.

Please, make sure that your phone is silenced and don’t use it during the class.

Please, park on the street or use the Bayfair carpark which is just a 2 minute walk away.
