Yoga class
The weekly classes are designed to suit everyone from beginner to mid advanced yogi, with elements of challenge for those of you who would like to do so. The classes incorporate slow yoga movements Vinyasa style in a combination of Hatha and sometimes Yin Yoga, which works on body strength and flexibility at the same time with a different priority each class. Short Pranayama (breathing practices) or other Mindfulness practices and Relaxation are always part of the class plan too. One hour of full body and mind Recharge & Reshape & Relax time!
