Weekend in Harmony, Ohope Beach

Friday, 23 November

  • Arriving in Ohope – 6.30 pm. (own transport)
  • Settling and having share dinner.
  • Relaxation/meditation  
  • Before bed time chat on healthy living subjects over a cuppa/wine 🙂

Saturday, 24 November

  • Morning tea/coffee/water
  • Yoga practice
  • Breakfast
  • Walk, Relax/meditation, Chat 
  • Cooking class for lunch– simple vegan food (I will provide the ingredients)
  • Personal time – I will provide phone number of a massage girl if you would like to book in with her; or follow me in a bush walk; or relax time at the beach or inside.
  • Tea/Chat time and answering questions, providing information on healthy living subjects
  • Late afternoon yoga session 
  • Share dinner at the house or out
  • Chat/relax over a cuppa/wine

Sunday, 25 November

  • Morning tea/coffee/water
  • Yoga practice
  • Breakfast
  • Walk, Relax/meditation, Chat 
  • Lunch
  • Closing the retreat chat/tea time
  • Tidying up and leaving in the afternoon latest 3 pm. (2.30 pm)


What you will need:

  1. Own transport to the place and back (We can combine into few cars)
  2. Bring your own sheets and towels (pillows and blankets available)
  3. Bring food (alternative – cafe, restaurant, small supermarket are close there)
  4. There is a kitchen we can use, warm up dishes or prepare quick once too.



$450 – including accommodation for 2 nights, 3 yoga practices, 3 relax/meditation sessions, 1 cooking class with lunch.



The places are limited.

Please, send an email enquiry for booking and you will receive a confirmation email with registration form, additional information and payment instructions.

*In case of bad weather, the plan for the day will be changed and the yoga sessions will be transformed into inside chair yoga, breathing practice, relaxation and meditation.
